You really need to average out your IT tickets. Find out all the common categories. Label and design the back end to handle it. Most of the calls are password and lockouts. Having a wiki really helps.

Although their documentation (wiki) is generally very useful, occasionally I’ll find a solution on someone’s blog or web site that uses a method that I can’t find in their documentation
